We offer the latest in technology, providing constant communication via status updates and email notifications. For your convenience, process may be faxed, mailed, or emailed. If you are a local client, we can pick-up the documents from your office or you may drop them off at one of our locations.
Local
ProServe USA provides local service of process in Orange County, Seminole County, Osceola County & Miami-Dade County. Our certified and special process servers will make their first service attempt within 72 hours, and up to 4 service attempts (if necessary) within 7 business days.
The service attempts are diligent and made throughout different times of the day. Once the documents are served, we will prepare an affidavit or return of service. At your discretion we can return the documents or file them with the court.
Florida
ProServe USA provides service of process throughout the entire state of Florida. Our certified and special process servers will make their first service attempt within 5 business days, and up to 4 service attempts (if necessary) within 7 business days.
The service attempts are diligent and made throughout different times of the day. Once the documents are served, we will prepare an affidavit or return of service. At your discretion we can return the documents or file them with the court.
Nationwide
ProServe USA provides nationwide service of process which includes service in Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico. Our certified and special process servers will make their first service attempt within 7 business days, and up to 4 service attempts (if necessary) within 10 business days.
The service attempts are diligent and made throughout different times of the day. Once the documents are served, we will prepare an affidavit or return of service. At your discretion we can return the documents or file them with the court.
